FOB pillars Shifting work started in Noida Sector-52

Gautam Buddh Nagar : The work for shifting of foot over bridge pillars has started Near Sector-52 Metro Station. The pillar to be shifted by DMRC, and the area around it has been barricaded.

DDRWA thanks and congratulates Noida Authority, DMRC and Traffic Police Department for this good work.

‘As per our knowledge the work of removing the pillars will be completed in about 3 months. In the first phase new FOB Pillar will be constructed which will be on the wall of the underpass. This phase of work will take maximum time, told Sanjeev Kumar, Senior Vice President of DDRWAA.

After that this pillar will be removed from the middle of the road. DDRWA requested Noida Traffic Department, Noida Authority and DMRC officials, not to block this road completely until the work of construction of the new pillar is done, traffic should keep flowing from the remaining side road.

He added, When the phase for demolishing or removal of this pillar will be reached, at that time the entire road could be completely closed. Presently The traffic flow is happening from the remaining half way and will continue to happen in the coming time also.

This pillar should be demolished only after your new pillar is completely constructed, this demolition will not take more than 2 or 3 days. By doing this, the common people of the city will not face much trouble and if there is an extreme need of traffic diversion, then the drop of road/ area of ​​DMRC, which passes in front of Rama Banquet Hall, Sector 52, should be used.
